Arts Acts (Statute Law Revision) Act

[Assented to 21 April 1998]

The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to make minor amendments to certain Acts.

2. Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Schedule is amended as set out in that item.

SCHEDULE

1. Libraries Act 1988

Sections 54 and 55 are repealed.

2. National Gallery of Victoria Act 1966

In section 16(2), for "six months" substitute "6 months'".

3. Victorian Arts Centre Act 1979

In section 2, omit "and" at the end of paragraph (h).
