The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The main purpose of this Act is to amend the differential rates.

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

4. Environment Effects Act 1978
In section 2 of the Environment Effects Act No. 9135. 1978 for "Department of Natural Resources and
Environment" (where twice occurring) substitute
"Department of Infrastructure".
