Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Volatile Substances) (Extension of Provisions) Act 2006

[Assented to 11 April 2006]

The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:

1.Purpose

The main purpose of this Act is to amend the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Volatile Substances) Act 2003 to extend the operation of that Act.

2.Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3.Amendment of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Volatile Substances) Act 2003

In section 2(3) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Volatile Substances) Act 2003, for "second" substitute "fourth".
