List of Maximum Grant Amounts under Division 41 for 2018

Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)

I, Simon Birmingham, Minister for Education and Training, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Act, approve the attached list of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2018 for each purpose of grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act.

1. Name of instrument

This instrument is the List of Maximum Grant Amounts under Division 41 for 2018.

2        Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 41-50(1) of the Act.

3        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

1. List of maximum grants

The list of maximum grant amounts prepared in accordance with section 41-50 of the Act for 2018 is set out in Table 1.
