1        Name of legislative instrument

This is the ASIC Credit (Amendment) Instrument 2018/114.

2        Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 203A(3) of the National Credit Code.

Note: The Code is found in Schedule 1 to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

4        Schedules

The instrument that is specified in the Schedule to this instrument is amended as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule.
