1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Duties Amendment Regulation 2025.

2   Commencement

(1)Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 21 February 2014.

(2)Section 5 commences on 1 May 2025.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Duties Regulation 2023.

4   Amendment of s 9 (Recognised stock exchange)

(1)Section 9—
insert—

(ea)the New York Stock Exchange;

(2)Section 9(ea) and (f)—
renumber as section 9(f) and (g).

5   Amendment of sch 2 (Concessions and exemptions for transfer duty—ELN transfers and ELN lodgements)
