Road Safety Act 1986

Road Safety (Vehicles) (Fees) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the increase certain fees.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on
10 February 2003.

4.  Increase in search and extract fees—New Schedule 5 substituted

For Schedule 5 to the Road Safety (Vehicles)
Regulations 19991 substitute—

Road Safety (Vehicles) (Fees) Regulations 2003

SEARCH AND EXTRACT FEES

1. Issue of certificate under $7.00

5. Search for any other purposes—

5. Increase in certain miscellaneous fees

In Schedule 6 to the Road Safety (Vehicles)

Regulations 1999—

(a) in item 1, for "372.00" substitute "375.00";

(b) in item 2, for "82.00" substitute "84.00";

(c) in item 3, for "12.00" substitute "12.50";

(d) in item 4, for "9.50" substitute "10.00";

(e) in item 7, for "76.00" substitute "78.00";

(f) in item 8, for "31.00" substitute "32.00".
