Road Safety Act 1986

Road Safety (Drivers) (Fees) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the increase certain fees in respect of vehicles.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July

2003.

4. Increase in general fees

In Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Drivers)

Regulations 19991—

(a) in item 1, for "$133.00" substitute "$136.00";

(b) in item 2, for "$39.00" substitute "$40.00";

(c) in item 3, for "$21.00" substitute "$21.50";

(d) in item 4, for "$9.50" substitute "$10.00";

(e) in item 5, for "$16.50" substitute "$17.00";

(f) in item 6, for "$16.50" (wherever occurring) substitute "$17.00";

(g) in item 7, for "$9.50" substitute "$10.00";

(h) in item 8(a), for "$33.00" substitute "$34.00";

(i)  in item 8(b), for "$30.00" substitute "$31.00";

(j)	in item 9(a), for "$13.50" substitute "$14.00";
(k)	in item 9(b), for "$12.50" substitute "$13.00";

Regulations 1999—

(a) in item 1, for "$7.00" substitute "$7.20";

(b) in item 2, for "$7.00" substitute "$7.20";

(c) in item 3, for "$13.00" substitute "$13.30";

(d) in item 4, for "$7.00" substitute "$7.20";

(e) in item 5(a), for "$7.00" substitute "$7.20";

(f) in item 5(b), for "$13.00" substitute "$13.30".
