Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
Rolling Stock Holdings (Victoria) Pty Limited as
a body to which the Treasury Corporation of

Victoria Act 1992 applies.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 44 of the Treasury Corporation of Victoria Act 1992.

3. Addition of prescribed agency

In regulation 3(1) of the Treasury Corporation of
Victoria (Prescribed Agencies) Regulations

19941—

(a)

in paragraph (zc), for "(A.C.N. 085 731 479);";

(Amendment) Regulations 2003

S.R. No. 47/2003

(b) after paragraph (zc) insert—

"(zd) Rolling Stock Holdings (Victoria) Pty

Limited (A.C.N. 104 780 056).".
