(Amendment) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees, costs and charges in the Magistrates'
Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Regulations

2001.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 16 June

2003.

4. Fee increases

In the Table to regulation 7 of the Magistrates'
Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Regulations
