(Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees payable to the registrar under Division 1A of Part I of the Administration and Probate Act 1958.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 5B of the Administration and Probate Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 16 June
2003.

4. Substitution of regulation 3
For regulation 3 of the Administration and Probate
(Deposit of Wills) (Fees) Regulations 19951substitute—
"3. Fees
The fees to be paid to the registrar under Division 1A of Part I of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 are set out in the following Table—
