Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees relating to registration.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under
section 108AL(3) of the Health Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 July 2003.
4. Amendment to regulation 1—Objective
In regulation 1(a) of the Health (Medical
Radiation Technologists) Regulations 19971, for
"radiographers and nuclear medicine
technologists" substitute "persons to practise in
radiography and nuclear medicine technology".

Technologists) Regulations 1997 substitute—
