Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Fees)

Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees relating to the provision of licences and permits issued under the Drugs, Poisons and

Controlled Substances Act 1981.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 132
and 132B of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled

Substances Act 1981.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 July 2003.

4. Fees

(1) In regulation 73(3) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations 19951, for "$54.00" substitute "$55".

(2) For the Table in regulation 73 of the Drugs,

Poisons and Controlled Substances Regulations

1995 substitute—
