Health Services (Supported Residential Services)

(Fees) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees relating to the approval in principle and registration of supported residential services.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 158 of the Health Services Act 1988.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 July 2003.

4. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the Health Services
(Supported Residential Services) Regulations
20011 are called the Principal Regulations.

5. Application for approval in principle

In regulation 5(b) of the Principal Regulations, for
"$210.00" substitute "$216".

6.  Application for transfer or variation of a certificate of approval in principle

In regulation 6(c) of the Principal Regulations, for

"$140.00" substitute "$144".

7. Application for registration

In regulation 7(b) of the Principal Regulations, for

"$480.00" substitute "$494".

8. Annual fee

In regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations, for

"$120.00" substitute "$123".

9. Application for renewal of registration

In regulation 9(b) of the Principal Regulations, for

"$330.00" substitute "$339".

10. Application for transfer or variation of registration

In regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations—

(a)	in paragraph (c), for "$420.00" substitute "$432";
(b)	in paragraph (d), for "$140.00" substitute "$144".
