Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase certain fees, costs and charges payable in respect of the—
(a) execution; and
(b) amendment, alteration or variation; and
(c) supply of a duplicate copy—
of a warrant to seize property for the enforcement
of an order made by the Magistrates' Court in acivil proceeding.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 30 June
2003.
4. Fees, costs and charges
In regulation 4 of the Magistrates' Court (Civil for Table 1 substitute—
"TABLE 1
No. Item Amount 1. For execution or attempted $162.00 execution of a warrant 2. For execution or attempted $62.00 execution of a warrant, after the
first 4 attempts, for each 2 further
attempts3. If a warrant specifies more than one $72.00 address at which execution is requested, for each additional address specified
4. On a request by a party at whose $72.00 request a warrant was issued to
renew the warrant or to proceed
with execution, if the party has
previously requested that the
warrant be withheld or withdrawn
from execution5. For re-direction of a warrant to an $38.00 address that exceeds 10 kilometres
from any address specified on the
warrant as an address at which
execution is requested6. For the supply of a duplicate copy $31.00". of a warrant
