(Amendment) Regulations 2003

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to allow the
Pathology Services Accreditation (General)
Regulations 2001 to continue in operation until

30 June 2004.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 40 of the Pathology Services Accreditation Act 1984.

3. Expiry date extended

In regulation 14 of the Pathology Services
Accreditation (General) Regulations 20011, for

"2003" substitute "2004".
