d	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
n	prescribed fees payable under the Co-operatives

ti	These Regulations are made under section 463 of
la	the Co-operatives Act 1996.

e	These Regulations come into operation on 28 July

ri	In these Regulations, the Co-operatives Regulations 19971 are called the Principal

5. Approval of disclosure statements

(1) Insert the following heading to regulation 47 of

ts	the Principal Regulations—
n	"Application or submission for approval of

m	(2) In regulation 47 of the Principal Regulations—

c	(a) after "application" insert "or submission";

D	(b) for "301" substitute "301(2)".

e	"48. Submission for approval of proposed rules

7. New regulation 54 substituted
