Building (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Building Regulations 1994 to incorporate certain siting and design requirements for single dwellings and associated buildings that are specified in the Maroondah Planning Scheme.

2.Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 7, 9, 261 and 262 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1993.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 26 January 2004.

4.New Schedule 3 substituted

For Schedule 3 to the Building Regulations 19941 substitute
