Children's Services (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children's Services Regulations 1998 to update a reference to other regulations that have been remade.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 56 of the Children's Services Act 1996.

3.Notification of infectious disease

In regulation 39 of the Children's Services Regulations 1998[1], for "Schedule 5 to the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 1990" substitute "Schedule 6 to the Health (Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2001".
