Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) (Membership) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make further provision for the membership of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3.Appointment of members to Victorian Health Promotion Foundation

In regulation 4 of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2003[1]—

(a)for paragraph (a) substitute

"(a)Professor Richard Smallwood, a person with expertise in health and illness prevention, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2007;";

(b)for paragraph (j) substitute

"(j)Jerril Rechter, a person with expertise in the arts and arts administration, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2007;".
