Road Safety (Drivers) (Fees) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 1999[1] to alter certain fees in respect of vehicles.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.

4.Increase in general fees

In Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 1999—

(a)in item 1, for "$136.00" substitute "$139.00";

(b)in item 2, for "$40.00" substitute "$41.00".
