Zoological Parks and Gardens (Fees) Regulations 2004
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003 to increase the maximum fees payable for entry to zoological parks.
2.Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 41 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995.
3.Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 12 July 2004.
4.Increase in maximum fees
In Schedule 3 to the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003[1]—
(a)in item 1, for "$22" substitute "$22.50";
(b)in item 2, for "$11" substitute "$11.25";
(c)in item 3, for "$5.50" substitute "$5.60";
(d)in item 4, for "$50" substitute "$51.10";
(e)in item 5, for "$17" substitute "$17.40";
(f)in item 6, for "$17" substitute "$17.40".
