Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke a redundant provision relating to the address for service of notices in the Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria Regulations 1998.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 57 of the Rural Finance Act 1988.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2004.

4.Address for service

Regulation 7(2) of the Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria Regulations 1998[1] is revoked.
