Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) (Further Membership Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.  Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make further provision for the membership of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 43 of the Tobacco Act 1987.

3.Appointment of member to Victorian Health Promotion Foundation

For regulation 4(e) of the Tobacco (Victorian Health Promotion Foundation) Regulations 2003[1] substitute—

"(e)Sue Cormack, a person with expertise in sport and sports administration, is appointed a member of the Foundation for the period ending 31 March 2006;".
