National Parks (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001 to increase certain fees and charges payable for entry to specified parks.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 26 November 2004.

4.Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

5.National parks annual pass

In regulation 11(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "$64.90" substitute "$66.00".

6.New Schedules 2, 3 and 4 substituted

For Schedules 2, 3 and 4 to the Principal Regulations substitute—
