Road Safety (Vehicles) (Concession Fees No. 2) Regulations 2004

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.  Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Road Safety (Vehicles) (Concession Fees) Regulations 2004 to provide that the fee for the registration of a vehicle in the name of an eligible beneficiary or a spouse or domestic partner of an eligible beneficiary continues to be 50% of the base fee.

2.  Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986.

3.  Revocation of interim amending regulations

The Road Safety (Vehicles) (Concession Fees) Regulations 2004[1] are revoked.
