Transport (Infringements) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to provide for transport infringements and ticket infringements.
2.Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport Act 1983.
3.Commencement
(1)These Regulations, except regulation 5, come into operation on the day they are made.
(2)Regulation 5 comes into operation on 2 May 2005.
4.Ticket infringement for failure to produce evidence
In regulation 201 of the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999[1], for the item relating to Code 3100 substitute—
| "3100 | Fail to comply with a requirement to produce evidence of exemption or concession | T.A. s. 221(4B) or s. 221AA(2) | 150 |
".
5.Further transport infringements
In the Table to regulation 202 of the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999, after the item relating to Code 3206 insert—

".
