Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2005

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 1994 to amend the fees and charges for emergency attendances by units.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2005.

4.Amended fees and charges for emergency attendances by units

In item 1 of the Third Schedule to the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 1994[1], for "$436.20" substitute "$405.42".
