Liquor Control Reform (Amendment) Regulations 2005
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 1999 to prescribe additional information to accompany an application for the transfer of a licence or BYO permit.
2.Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 180 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.
3.Particulars for application for transfer of licence or BYO permit
After regulation 11(c)(iii) of the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 1999[1] insert—
"(ca)the names and addresses of the transferee's associates; and".
