Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Regulations 2005

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998 to amend the form of notice to prospective caravan park residents to reflect changes to residents' rights under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 511 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

3.Notice to prospective caravan park residents

In the Schedule to the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1998[1], in Form 2, for "90 consecutive days" substitute "60 consecutive days".
