Fisheries (Aquaculture Fees and Levies) Regulations 2005

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make further provision in relation to fees and levies for aquaculture licences payable under the Fisheries Act 1995.

2.Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 151 and 153 of the Fisheries Act 1995.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2005.

4.Amendment to levies in Schedule 12 for Aquaculture licence

For Table BB of Schedule 12 to the Fisheries Regulations 1998[1] substitute—
