Magistrates' Court Act 1989

Magistrates' Court General (Specified Agencies) Regulations 2006

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 to prescribe further specified agencies for the purposes of section 99A of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3.Amendment of Schedule 7

In Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000[1]—

(a)after item 2 insert

"2A Bayside City Council";

(b)after item 5 insert

"5A Campaspe Shire Council";

(c)after item 24 insert

"24A Frankston City Council";

(d)after item 26 insert
