Mineral Resources Development (Further Amendment) Regulations 2006

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Mineral Resources Development Regulations 2002 as a consequence of the enactment of the Infringements Act 2006.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 124 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990.

3.Revocation

Regulations 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 of the Mineral Resources Development Regulations 2002[1] are revoked.
