Plant Health and Plant Products (Amendment) Regulations 2006

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plant Health and Plant Products Regulations 2006 as a consequence of the enactment of the Infringements Act 2006.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 72 of the Plant Health and Plant Products Act 1995.

3.Revocations

In the Plant Health and Plant Products Regulations 2006[1]—

(a)regulation 17(2) is revoked;

(b)Schedule 3 is revoked.
