Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services (Fees) Regulations 2006

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services Regulations 1997 to—

(a)increase the scale of fees payable for accommodation or care of, or for services rendered to, eligible persons resident in a residential institution or a residential program operated by the Department; and

(b)amend the address of a residential program operated by the Department.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 78 of the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services Act 1986.

3.Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 September 2006.

4.Substitution of Schedule 3

For Schedule 3 to the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services Regulations 1997[1] substitute—

SCALE OF FEES FOR ACCOMMODATION, CARE OR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE DEPARTMENT

5.Amendment of Schedule 4

In Schedule 4 of the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services Regulations 1997, for "22 Stanley Road, Vermont 3133" substitute "33 Stanley Road, Vermont 3133".
