Heritage (Infringement Notice) (Amendment) Regulations 2006

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Heritage (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2002 as a consequence of the enactment of the Infringements Act 2006.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 185 of the Heritage Act 1995.

3.Miscellaneous amendments

In the Heritage (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2002[1]—

(a)in regulation 1—

(i)in paragraph (b), for "offences;" substitute "offences.";

(ii)paragraphs (c) and (d) are revoked;

(b)regulations 7 and 8 are revoked.
