Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) (National Parks Amendment) Regulations 2006
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend Schedule 2 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2002 to prescribe—
(a)an offence under section 45A(2A) of the National Parks Act 1975 for which an infringement notice may be served; and
(b)the penalty for that prescribed offence.
2.Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.
3.New item 216A inserted
In Schedule 2 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2002[1], after item 216 insert—
"216A 6949 An offence under section 45A(2A)
of the National Parks Act 19752 penalty units in a marine national park or a marine sanctuary, use recreational fishing equipment (within the meaning of section 45A(9) of the National Parks Act 1975)".
