Financial Management (Amendment) Regulations 2006

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1.Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulation 7 and Part 4 of the Financial Management Regulations 2004.

2.Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Financial Management Act 1994.

3.Application

(1)In regulation 4(1) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004[1], for "Parts 3 and 4" substitute "Part 3".

(2)Regulation 4(3) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked.

4.Revocation of regulation 7

Regulation 7 of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked.

5.Revocation of Part 4

Part 4 of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked.
