Public Administration (Review of Actions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objectives

The objectives of these Regulations are—

(a)to allow for the electronic lodgement of an application for review by an employee of a public service body; and

(b)to make a statute law amendment.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 112 of the Public Administration Act 2004.

3Initial review process

In regulation 6(2)(e) of the Public Administration (Review of Actions) Regulations 2005[1] omit ", to be signed by the employee making it".

4Application to Public Sector Standards Commissioner for review without an initial review

In regulation 9(a) of the Public Administration (Review of Actions) Regulations 2005 for "and" substitute "or".
