Transfer of Land (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2008

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004 to increase certain fees and amounts payable to the Registrar under the Transfer of Land Act 1958.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 120 of the Transfer of Land Act 1958.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2008.

4Specific fees and amounts set out in Schedule 2

In Schedule 2 to the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004[1], in the Table—

(a)in item 12—

(i)for "$5.31" substitute "$5.46";

(ii)for "$9.15" substitute "$9.40";

(iii)for "$5.85" substitute "$6.02";

(b)in item 14—
