Transport (Infringements) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
The Administrator of the State of Victoria as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999 to prescribe transport infringements in relation to—
(a)taxi-cabs and commercial passenger vehicles; and
(b)accreditation offences for the taxi industry and commercial passenger vehicle drivers; and
(c)conduct on or in relation to public transport.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 215 of the Transport Act1983.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 29 June 2008.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations the Transport (Infringements) Regulations 1999[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Revocation of items in the Table in Schedule 3
In the Table in Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, the items relating to codes 3140, 3205, 3182, 3186, 3187, 3188, and 3189 are revoked.
6Insertion and substitution of new items under the subheading "Conduct Affecting Amenity" in the Table in Schedule 3
(1)In the Table in Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, after the item relating to code 3120 insert—
