National Parks (Fees and Charges) Amendment Regulations 2008

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001 to increase certain fees and charges payable.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 48 of the National Parks Act 1975.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2008.

4Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2001[1] are called the Principal Regulations.

5National parks annual pass

In regulation 11(2) of the Principal Regulations, for "$70.50" substitute "$72.50".

6New Schedules 2, 3 and 4 substituted

For Schedules 2, 3 and 4 to the Principal Regulations substitute—
