Transport (Tow Truck) Amendment Regulations 2008

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transport (Tow Truck) Regulations 2005 until 31 December 2008.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 185 and 256 of the Transport Act 1983.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 6 November 2008.

4Extension of expiry date

In regulation 39 of the Transport (Tow Truck) Regulations 2005[1], for "14 November 2008" substitute "31 December 2008".
