Liquor Control Reform Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2008

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 1999 to amend existing fees and to prescribe additional fees for particular applications.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 180 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2008.
