Supreme Court (Fees) (List Amendment) Regulations 2009

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2001 to replace references to the Building Cases List with references to the Technology, Engineering and Construction List as a consequence of the establishment of the new List.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 19 June 2009.

4List name substituted

In items 1.7 and 1.8 of Schedule 2 to the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2001[1] for "Building Cases List" substitute "Technology, Engineering and Construction List".
