Zoological Parks and Gardens Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2009

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003 to increase the maximum fees payable for entry into zoological parks.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 41 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2009.

4Revocation

The Zoological Parks and Gardens (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2008[1] are revoked.

5Amendments to Schedule 3

In Schedule 3 to the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003[2]—

(a)in item 1, for "$23.70" substitute "$24.40";

(b)in item 2, for "$11.80" substitute "$12.15";

(c)in item 3, for "$5.85" substitute "$6.00";

(d)in item 4, for "$53.95" substitute "$55.55";

(e)in item 5, for "$18.30" substitute "$18.85";

(f)in item 6, for "$18.30" substitute "$18.85".
