Police Integrity (Amendment) Regulations 2009

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend regulation 7 of the Police Integrity Regulations 2009 to limit the advice a member of OPI personnel is required to give, in relation to prescription medication taken, to the last 7 days.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 37 and 131 of the Police Integrity Act 2008.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 9 October 2009.

4Obligations on a member of OPI personnel to whom a direction under section 31 of the Act has been given

In regulation 7(c) of the Police Integrity Regulations 2009[1], after "the member" insert


"in the 7 days preceding the date on which the direction is given".
