Children, Youth and Families Amendment Regulations 2009
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007 to be consistent with the Criminal Procedure Act 2009.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 600 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2010.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Children, Youth and Families Regulations 2007[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Forms for Criminal Division
Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
6Advice in other languages
Regulation 22 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
7Application for time to pay fine, for instalment order or for variation of instalment order
Regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
8Prescribed forms for warrants
(1)Regulation 27(1) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
(2)Regulation 27(2) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
(3)Regulation 27(3) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
(4)Regulation 27(4) of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
9Schedule 4 forms
In Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations—
(a)Forms 1 to 8 are revoked;
(b)Forms 12 to 15 are revoked;
(c)Form 16 omit "/*Magistrate";
(d)Forms 17 to 21 are revoked.
