Control of Weapons Amendment Regulations 2009

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulations 12 and 13 of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2000 as a consequence of the enactment of the Summary Offences and Control of Weapons Acts Amendment Act 2009.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 12 of the Control of Weapons Act 1990.

3Revocation of regulations 12 and 13

Regulations 12 and 13 of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2000[1] are revoked.
