These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 1 July 2009 because the authorising provisions in the Victorian Workers' Wages Protection Act 2007, No. 71/2007 were repealed by section 36 of the Fair Work (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009, No. 24/2009.
